What happens now?

1. We will ask some questions to see if we can help you. Please answer honestly. If you are eligible to use the website, you will be able to make an account. 
   If you have not been referred to us by an organisation, the codes (organisation and password) needed to set up your account are available on the User Agreement page.
2. Our volunteer lawyers can answer questions in the following areas of civil law only - Consumer Rights; Family; Employment; and Housing. If your question is urgent or complex, our charity has a list of legal clinics that may be able to help quicker here.    
3. Ask your legal question. Our volunteer lawyers cannot call you or provide representation in court. (If you have an important legal deadline, we cannot guarantee that you will have an answer by that date).
4. You will receive an email when your question receives a response. Come back to this website and sign in to see the response.
